Jo Keene, an Associate Partner in the Infrastructures specialist team at Carter Jonas, has moved to the firm’s Newbury office, to head up the Commercial Team, with effect from 15 June 2009.

Jo has been a member of the Infrastructures Team since November 2008, where her principal role has been to grow and develop commercial opportunities with clients, including Network Rail.  Recent projects she has worked on have included a feasibility study into bridge structures around Battersea Dogs Home and rent reviews on train depots.

In her new role in Newbury, Jo will deal with all aspects of commercial agency work and corporate real estate, though she will also continue to work on Infrastructure projects.

Having studied at Oxford Brookes University, Jo joined the Commercial Division at Dreweatt Neate in 1997, but left in 2002 to build up her own successful company specialising in corporate real estate services. She sold this company in 2007 and rejoined Dreweatt Neate, which merged with Carter Jonas in May 2009.

Commented Jo: “This is an exciting time for Carter Jonas and I am delighted to be joining the well-established Commercial Team in Newbury. I will assist in further developing our business along the A34 corridor and beyond.”
