22nd February 2012, Carter Jonas is instructed to let two properties at Mill Court – the development of offices adjacent to Great Shelford station, which is one stop away from Cambridge itself on the London Liverpool Street Line.

The Quern House instruction at Mill Court is a three storey, self-contained office building which is available on a new lease.

It gives open plan accommodation across the ground and first floor of 57.33 sq m (617 sq ft) and 65.08 sq m (700 sq ft,) respectively and, with ancillary second floor accommodation is a total area of 155.15 sq m (1,670 sq ft).

There is an entry alarm code system and an allocation of 8 car parking spaces.

The second instruction is ground floor, open plan accommodation in Chaston House – a building which faces on to Station Road at the front of Mill Court.   In addition to the ground floor office accommodation, there is available space on the second floor which Carter Jonas suggests would be suitable for additional office or storage uses.

The ground floor office accommodation is 142 sq m (1,528 sq ft) with the ancillary accommodation on the second floor of 118 sq m (1,274 sq ft).

As well as having a railway station, Great Shelford has a full range of village amenities including public houses, bakers, butchers, a delicatessen, mini-supermarket, post office and banking facilities. It is a thriving village, 4 miles south of Cambridge city centre and is a popular residential location and access to Junction 11 of the M11 is 2 miles away.
