Carter Jonas appointed by three London local authorities

11 October 2013, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham has appointed Carter Jonas, the national property consultancy, as Framework advisers on Lot 4 of the package of services tendered for the ‘Provision of Professional Property Services’.

Carter Jonas is providing Statutory Valuations (CPO), Strategic Consultancy and Valuation, and Property Advice to the Planning Department.

Both the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and Westminster City Council may call for services from this Framework. The contract commenced on 1 October 2013 and is for four years.

In addition, following competitive tender, Carter Jonas has been appointed to provide professional property services to London Boroughs of Croydon and Hounslow.

Ian Southall, head of central Government at Carter Jonas, who joined the firm in May this year, is contract lead.
