Do you own land with development potential in Wiltshire?

Wiltshire Council has recently launched a Local Plan Review Consultation.

This is a review of the adopted Local Plan which will assess the future levels of need for new homes and employment land over the period 2016–2036 and will involve new site allocations.

The consultation provides an opportunity for landowners, developers, and community groups, who are interested in having their land considered for development over the coming years, to get involved.

If you own land with potential for development within the region, get in touch with our planning and development experts who are dedicated to helping secure planning permission for development and are available to assist you with schemes both large and small.

The deadline for submissions is Tuesday 9 March 2021.

This may represent your opportunity to realise the development potential of your land.

If you would like to speak to our professionals about the potential of your land, please contact us.
