National property consultancy Carter Jonas has strengthened its Oxford Commercial Agency Team with the recruitment of Adrian Chan as a Senior Surveyor based out of its Mayfield House office.

Adrian joins from Bidwells with six years of experience, having also worked at Chandler Garvey. He has an established track record in the region, acting for commercial clients on a wide range of instructions across the office, industrial, retail and leisure sectors.

His role with Carter Jonas will see him working on a variety of core occupational and investment instructions for commercial clients across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Identifying dynamic opportunities, Adrian will advise Carter Jonas' client portfolio, including institutional and regional property businesses, on disposals and acquisitions.

Jon Silversides, Partner, Commercial, Carter Jonas Oxford, said: "Having worked across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Adrian brings strong market knowledge and regional expertise, and it is a pleasure to welcome him to our growing team. His experience will be invaluable as we support clients looking to target new opportunities in the region and assist our retained clients at many of the County's principal business locations. Oxfordshire continues to attract considerable investment interest, and occupier demand is strong. I look forward to working with Adrian over the coming months to harness these opportunities and deliver proactive strategies for our diverse client base."

Adrian Chan, Senior Surveyor, Commercial, Carter Jonas Oxford, said: "I am excited to be joining this talented team and to draw on my knowledge and experience to support our clients and offer further insights, helping them to maximise the opportunities in the market and navigate current conditions."
