Carter Jonas has once again been recognised as one of the UK's Top 10 commercial real estate agencies in Property Week's latest annual ranking

The newly published 2026 ranking "Property's Big Beasts" analyses the performance of the UK's leading commercial real estate agencies using firms' latest available annual reports.

Overall, Property Week points to a more 'upbeat' picture this year with aggregate revenues across the Top 10 agencies rising 6.5% to £3.08bn. For Carter Jonas, the results reflect clear progress as the firm progresses its five-year strategic plan, Vision 2030. In an analysis of the firm's performance the article highlights 'strong growth' across both revenue and operating profit' noting that Carter Jonas should be 'pleased with its performance having gained ground' in both measures.

Carter Jonas’ position is particularly notable as the only Top 10 agency with a solely UK-based office network, standing alongside agencies with extensive international operations.
