At Carter Jonas we offer operational living lettings, management and community activation services across all Living Sectors, including multi-family Build to Rent, single family and PBSA. Our dedicated team achieved the Unipol Accreditation for the Code of Management of Larger Buildings, and includes winners of the Property Management 50 BTR Award in 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Our block management services include
- A comprehensive initial audit of the building’s condition, contracts, insurances and outgoings
- Ongoing legal, compliance and tenant issues
- Coordination and oversight of all required risk assessments
- Management of Fire Risk assessments
- Health and safety management
- Expert advice on all relevant legislations i.e. Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act and all associated legislation
- Management of building and scheme operational expenditure
- Processing and payment of all scheme and block invoices
- Liaison with stakeholders and residents, including attendance at meetings
- Establishment and administration of dedicated client trust bank accounts for service charges and operational expenses
- Provision of full financial reports and accounting services, including operational budgets
- Management of all day-to-day maintenance, including mechanical and electrical, for the estates' portfolio

- Regular inspections to ensure all works are carried out according to specifications
- Management of communal resident amenities such as gyms, social spaces, and residents lounges, including liaison with specialist third-party operators
- Procurement and management of on-site teams

- Provision of an app for residents for community engagement and maintenance reporting
