Most recent transactions include completed rent reviews on drive thru restaurants in St Austell and Torquay which were development opportunities introduced over 20 years ago and where we have acted in the rent reviews every five years thereafter. Some negotiations have been referred to arbitration where necessary in order to protect rental values and establish ownership of rental tones in the regions where we act.
