Will Mooney, head of the Eastern Region Commercial Department in Cambridge, and Samuel Turner are appointed by Travelodge Hotels Ltd. as the outsourced development managers for the eastern region in order to identify and secure suitable development opportunities in the region on behalf of the hotel chain.
Acting as the outsourced development manager for Travelodge Hotels Ltd. in the Eastern Region, Carter Jonas has been charged with a new target list of sites for new hotels as two new hotels have opened in Kings Lynn and Thetford.
Will Mooney, Carter Jonas partner and Head of Commercial Agency and Professional Services in the eastern region, and Samuel Turner, Surveyor, have acted for Travelodge Hotels Ltd. for the past thirteen years and have been instrumental in initiating site searches and bringing new sites forward for the company in many locations in the East of England.
Speaking about the new target list, Will Mooney said:
"Travelodge is the fastest growing hotel chain in the country, which will have over 570 hotels across the UK, Ireland and Spain. This year, the company is due to open 15 hotels. The company is highly focused and streamlined in its specification for its hotels in terms of location and facilities. The new target list Carter Jonas has been charged with is exacting, in terms of sites and bed-capacity. When achieved, it will mean that Travelodge should become the pre-eminent hotel brand in its sector across this area."
