Downing College instructed retained agents Carter Jonas to dispose of the leasehold interest of three retail properties along Regent Street. (No.38-40, No.56 and No.70)
Carter Jonas, as instructed by Downing College, were responsible for sourcing new tenants for three properties along Regent Street;
- No.70 providing 1,560 sq ft over ground and basement was let to Lockhouse Escape Games who provide a number of puzzles for groups to complete in a team-based environment.
- No. 56 providing 1,385 sq ft over ground and basement was let to Dukels Ltd, who are a beauty salon relocated from the Grafton Centre.
- No. 38-40 was let to 23.5 degrees ltd, trading as Starbucks, on a 15-year lease.
