Carter Jonas was appointed by WANO to negotiate a rent review of its offices on the 35th floor of 25 Canada Square as well as a potential extension of WANO’s lease, depending on whether sufficient incentives could be secured from the landlord.

After meeting with the client, Carter Jonas engaged the landlord in simultaneous rent review and lease extension negotiations in order to secure the best possible terms. A significant discount from the landlord’s quoting rent was secured, as well as a substantial rent-free period incentive in exchange for WANO extending its lease term.
