He has many years on experience in the retail and leisure sectors based from Bristol but operating across the UK. Stuart has focused on acquisition, disposal and consultancy advice for a number of national occupiers together with agency, development, investment for landlords, developers and investors.
Wincanton is situated just off the busy A303, 39 miles east of Taunton and 34 miles west of Salisbury.
The road has 22,667 daily vehicle movements. Wincanton Gateway is situated just off the A303 junction.
Carter Jonas has advised on the site for over 10 years, including lettings and sales on various parcels of land with deals involving Travelodge, The Wagtail Marston’s Pub and KFC and McDonalds’ Drive thrus.
On the remaining one-acre site, we have agreed terms for a coffee drive thru and a further 7,000 sq ft of retail where planning is currently being sought.
