Carter Jonas has provided Network Rail with valuation, acquisition, CPO and viability advice in respect of their proposals to redevelop and reconfiguration Oxford Station and its immediate surrounds.

Network Rail are intending to create more capacity at the station by creating a new platform, additional tracks and an improved entrance. The scheme also involves the lowering of Botley Road underpass and dealing with historic flooding issues.
