Mark is a Partner, heading Residential Sales and New Homes over the 4 office Carter Jonas Cambridge cluster. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Mark has been involved in residential agency in and around Cambridge for over 35 years, prior to joining the Carter Jonas Group was a Director of Bradshaws, a founding Partner of Rooke Wood & Miller and started his career in 1978 as the office junior at Januarys. Outside work Mark enjoys walking his Labradors, all types of sport, cooking, as well as travel.

Marika manages the New Homes team over the Cambridge office cluster, she has been involved in agency for 10 years and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. With a residential background Marika has focused on New Homes over the last 6 years, enabling her to develop a strong knowledge of the new homes market, liaising with both local and national developers from inception through to completion. This varied role sees Marika carrying out development appraisals, specification design, marketing & launch advice and of course those construction site visits in the rain!
