Carter Jonas were instructed by Handelsbanken’s Colchester branch to provide valuations of seven industrial investment properties located in East and Southeast England, owned by Essex-based property investors, Cavenham Estates Limited.
The properties were located in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Suffolk, and Essex and comprised of industrial trade counter, manufacturing and warehousing facilities dating from the 1970’s to the 2000’s. The properties ranged in size from 11,000 to 120,000 sq ft and tenants included Screwfix, Wolseley, and Ridgeon’s.
