We were instructed in summer 2020 to sell a holiday cottage complex with spa facilities, holiday letting cottages and campsite.  The clients had owned the holiday letting business for over 20 years and due to ill health were looking to retire. 

We were able to bring the property to the market within a very short period and were able to produce numerous viewings on the property due to our established database.  Because of this and our marketing, we were able to agree a quick sale on behalf of our clients.  We kept our clients informed throughout the sale process which involved solicitors, accountants and external advice for the legal process and taxation valuations for capital gains.
