From our Clifton office, we provide services across the commercial, rural, residential, planning and development spectrum, including: commercial agency, building surveying, rural and estate management, planning and development, and valuations.

The Bristol team have been a key property advisor for almost 15 years, during a time when Hargreaves Lansdown has experienced massive change and has grown to be one of the largest financial organisations based in Bristol. Andrew Hardwick and his team have supported us throughout this period with the disposal of a number of properties in Clifton and the securing of our new headquarters at One College Square on Harbourside. The Bristol team is quite able to handle complex negotiations and have always given us total commitment.
