Located in the centre of the beautiful university city of Cambridge, our rural surveyors, planning experts and commercial property agents offer a wide range of real estate services to the region. Together we are committed to providing the highest standards of professional care to our clients.

Cambridge holds a significant place in Carter Jonas’s heritage, being the location of our first office, which was established in 1855. In 2015, we acquired the New Square Holdings Group and their commercial and planning consultancy, known as Januarys.

From this office we provide commercial, rural, valuation and development services, which complement the residential services offered by our teams in Cambridge South and Cambridge North.
