Cardiff

Carter Jonas opened in Cardiff in 2018 in response to a growing number of clients across South Wales. The team works closely with it’s colleagues specialising in infrastructures throughout the UK, as well as the rural, commercial and planning & development divisions.

The Welsh Government is investing significant capital funding over the period 2018-19 to 2020-21 in a series of infrastructure projects across the Country, and Cardiff is a hive of development activity at present, with key stakeholders for major re-development and infrastructure schemes located in the city. The Cardiff team is located at Regus House, Cardiff Bay, just a stone’s throw away from the key decision makers at the Welsh Government and Cardiff City Council.

The team is well placed to draw on the expertise from across our business, including that of the CPO, energy and marine, minerals and waste, planning and development and commercial teams to expand our offering across the UK.

Car parking Is available 200m walk from the office at a nearby multi-storey car park (payment applies).
Train Cardiff Central Station is a short train journey away from Cardiff Bay, or alternatively a 10 minute taxi drive.
