Property consultancy & strategy services

Our business cases range from concise short-form plans for senior management, committee or board-level approval, through to HM Treasury’s Five Case Model and supplementary Green Book guidance for formal review by the Cabinet Office.

We operate from offices in Central London and key regional centres throughout the UK, and are supported by other colleagues across our multi-disciplinary firm. This ensures that not only can we provide fully informed strategic advice, based on local knowledge, but we can also follow our recommendations through to implementation, using our colleagues across the country to provide the specialist skills and regional knowledge required.

Our work falls into three broad categories: portfolio reviews; decision-making support and business cases; and operational portfolio support.

We provide the support required by property owners to improve the performance of their operational estates, ensuring that they remain aligned with their business objectives. We work with our clients to develop holistic estate strategies, which are designed to deliver the changes identified. If required, we can also support clients through the business case approval process.
