We help clients to source financing for all sorts of purchases and projects, including in equestrian property. Whether it’s buying land for expansion, purchasing an equine property for sale, or developing existing buildings and land, we can help.

We recently secured funding from Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC) for a livery and stud business in Hampshire to purchase additional land to expand the business. This process involved working with the business owner to understand how the business operates, how the land fitted into the business plan and ensuring all AMC’s criteria for a loan were met.
