Following the preparation of a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) report for the Clarendon Shopping Centre, Carter Jonas provide Building Surveying services for the whole of the Shopping Centre and various offices in Clarendon House.
Our services included project management of repair and maintenance scheme flowing from the PPM report as well as refurbishment schemes to vacant office space ready for re-letting. We provided assessment and review of the Tenant’s fit out and alteration schemes and also party wall advice for major projects within the Centre or affecting the Centre by adjoining owners. Additionally, dilapidations advice and preparation of schedules of dilapidations on expiring leases within the centre.
