At Carter Jonas, valuation is one of our core services and sits at the root of all property decision making. We work with a wide range of clients within the UK and overseas as well as their trusted consultants to provide a comprehensive value added service.

Energy

Our market leading energy team comprises surveyors, valuers, environmental specialists, project managers and town planners, enabling us to provide sound independent advice on all aspects of an energy project.
Compensation for Compulsory Purchase

Compensation for Compulsory Purchase

Compulsory purchase is probably the most draconian power available to the state against an ordinary citizen. We all enjoy the benefits of the infrastructure it provides, but, for those affected, the process is typically drawn out, uncertain and frequently life-changing.

Planning & Development

Planning & Development

Our professionals have a proven track record in identifying development opportunities, and advising on appropriate strategies to realise optimum value before bringing properties to the market.

Mapping & Geospatial

Mapping & Geospatial

As part of its multi-disciplinary offering, Carter Jonas has a holistic geospatial practice covering all scales and all sectors – from socio-economic strategy to architectural detail and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

Farm & Estate Client Accounting

Farm & Estate Client Accounting

Our in-house client accounting team offers a complete accounting service for our farm and estate clients, working alongside our land agents and clients’ external advisors to ensure the best returns for our clients from their property portfolios.
Auctions

Auctions

Carter Jonas has a longstanding heritage of helping our clients to sell their properties and products at auction.
Forestry & Woodland

Forestry & Woodland

Woodland is an important asset which sits at the heart of most rural estates. Whilst the conifer resource has maintained its economic importance over the years, many broadleaf woodlands have been neglected in favour of more lucrative assets meaning their potential has, in many cases, remained unrealised.
