Acting on behalf of CBRE GI, Carter Jonas were jointly instructed to market and secure tenants for Units 4 and 5, Launton Business Centre, Bicester. Located on a well-established industrial estate in the heart of the town, Units 4 and 5 offered two rarely available well-proportioned units to the market.
The two units form part of a larger terrace and extend to approximately 13,213 and 12,157 sq ft respectively.
Carter Jonas were able to swiftly secure two tenants for the units totaling 25,370 sq ft., one tenant being trade and the other a charity, both using the premises for storage.
Carter Jonas was able to achieve the quoting rent of £6.50 which demonstrated an improvement in rental tone for the area, given a limited supply.
