Carter Jonas were instructed to prepare a valuation for financial reporting services. The property, 20 St Dunstan’s Hill, was a recently refurbished office building converted to provide premium office accommodation for an experienced serviced office operator with a central London focus.
The valuation was essentially of a trading entity and involved interpreting the financial performance data of the Centre, as well as the purely property aspects. The valuation was undertaken by a team specializing in this particular sub-sector at Carter Jonas.
