I can provide advice on:

Our professionals advised a traditional private bank which was facilitating the purchase of an important Grade I Listed principal house.

Our valuation and building consultancy teams provided valuation and building survey inspections at short notice in order to advise a lender on their customer's proposed purchase of the home.

At a little over 26,000 sq ft in size (including cellars, garaging and outbuildings), the main house offered five principal reception rooms, a cast iron framed orangery, 12 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a suite of domestic offices, set within mature parkland arranged around an artificial lake.

Our professionals measured and surveyed the property for valuation purposes and the provision of a building reinstatement cost assessment. The building contained many important architectural fixtures and elements, which required specialist building surveying knowledge.

Within 18 working days of the instruction, we had advised our client of the value of the property and our assessment of the reinstatement value. The client was able to support their customer in their ongoing negotiations to purchase the property.
