Carter Jonas has been appointed as letting and managing agent for the Granada House development in Southampton, delivering build-to-rent services for Inland Homes.

The building is part of the wider Meridian Waterside development which has been under construction for the last two years and consist of three blocks of high-specification one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Initially conceived as a build to sell development, Inland Homes trialled a small number of units within the Southampton lettings market as part of their aspiration to launch their own build to rent platform. Carter Jonas has successfully let all available homes within the second block of mixed accommodation, alongside the open market leasehold properties. 

As a result of the successful lettings and marketing trial, the entirety of the third block, Southern House, comprising c130 apartments will be marketed, leased and managed by Carter Jonas, under the recently launched white-labelled Inland Homes build to rent brand. Our central build to rent team have coordinated the lease-up, move-in and tenancy management process, and work closely with the estate managers to ensure both client and resident service delivery is of the highest standard.
