Carter Jonas, national retail, leisure and hotel team have successfully acquired an 87 bedroom hotel with a bar café on behalf of Travelodge Hotels Limited.

The hotel is part of a mixed use scheme with a Turkish restaurant on the ground floor. It is located near to the regenerated Ipswich water front which includes Suffolk University, restaurants, offices, student accommodation and residential housing.

Acting as the outsourced development manager for Travelodge Hotels Ltd in the Eastern Region, Carter Jonas has been charged with acquiring a further 28 sites. Will Mooney and Sam Turner have acted as outsourced for Travelodge Hotels for over 19 years.
