Carter Jonas has been recognised for its outstanding customer service by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry.  The ESTAS Awards determine the best estate and letting agents in the UK through research carried out among customers, who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent.

Sharon Hunter said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have made it on to this year’s shortlist. We are passionate about the level of service we deliver to our clients and this proves that all the hard work the team put in has paid off.”

Fiona Minx said: “What we like about the ESTAS Awards is that it is only clients who can nominate us so the nomination is testament to our consistently high level of service.  I’m particularly pleased that our landlords rated us extremely highly since there have been a number of significant changes affecting the lettings sector in the last year. These include the introduction of immigration checks and new safety rules, which we have adapted our service to to ensure our landlords fully understand and implement these changes.”

Lisa Simon, head of Carter Jonas’ Lettings division, added: “The nominations for Sharon and Fiona follow that of our national lettings team’s nomination in the ESTAS Awards for Best Letting Agency Group, which we announced on 2nd March. We have also been recognised in the ESTAS regional categories, where our lettings teams in our Barnes, Bath, Cambridge, Newbury, Wandsworth Common and Winchester offices have also been shortlisted.”

“We’re extremely proud to be recognised for our service in the residential property sector’s leading awards scheme. The fact that the nominations are a result of solely client feedback means that we can be confident that we’re operating at the very top of our game.”

The ESTAS Awards take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 15 April, in what will be the organisation’s 13th annual ceremony. The awards will be presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals. Spencer said: “Any firm that enters The ESTAS has already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service, so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself.”

We look forward to finding out who the winners are at the awards on 15th April.
