5 December 2012 , Two appointments by Carter Jonas will add to the property consultancy's Cambridge planning team's offering in the eastern region.

Rebecca Sanders and John Phillips join Carter Jonas from LDA Design – an independent design, environment and energy consultancy - and bring with them a combined total of 40 years experience, with a special emphasis on masterplanning and urban design.

Rebecca, in the position of associate, will lead the masterplanning team at Carter Jonas and John will act as a consultant.

Commenting on the appointments, Richard Seamark, head of planning, Carter Jonas Cambridge, said:  "Masterplanning and urban design are niche areas of expertise within the broader planning discipline."
