12 July 2013, Carter Jonas has been awarded a place on HS2 Ltd's framework agreement for professional services relating to land and property.

HS2, which will provide direct, high capacity, high speed links between London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, will use the agreement to bring in the professional expertise it needs to support the wide range of property and land matters arising from the development of a UK high speed rail network.

"Our highly skilled Infrastructure team will provide the focus for the full suite of property consultancy services, to ensure that HS2 receives the very best possible advice in the Commercial, Development Residential and Rural sectors as it gears up to work on a range of land and property matters that are key to developing HS2 for the benefit of future rail users."
