17 September 2014, National property consultancy Carter Jonas has this week made three new appointments at its national HQ at One Chapel Place, London W1.

Richard Maxwell joins Carter Jonas as a senior surveyor in the London & South East development team from Lambert Smith Hampton.  Richard will be working on setting up public/private joint venture developments. 

This builds on more than 100 surveyors nationally within the firm providing planning and development advice.

Richard will report to head of Central London Development, Tim Shaw.

Ben Thomas has been appointed as a surveyor in the compulsory purchase team, working on national regeneration and infrastructure projects. He was previously at Ardent Management.
Ben will report to Matthew Bodley, Carter Jonas’ head of CPO.

Carter Jonas has also recruited Patrick Joyce as a graduate surveyor. Patrick will be working with the London public sector team.
