Carter Jonas has announced an early October date for the launch of a development of brand new homes in the village of Stilton.

The Old Stackyard is a small, courtyard development of nine brand new homes of 3 and 4 bedroom properties built by Amesview Developments.

The homes are a mix of detached and terraced-styles and offer a variety of layouts, with ground floor bedrooms in some of the larger properties as well as modern use of space with either kitchen/family room or large open plan kitchens in combination as appropriate to the property.

Build quality and internal specifications are high, according to the agents, and include kitchen features such as stainless double ovens, hobs and extractors.  In bathrooms, ensuites and cloakrooms white suites are throughout with chrome taps and mixer showers over baths and full-height tiling to shower cubicles and bath areas and tiled splashbacks to hand basins.

Other standard features include telephone points which are in living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms.

Externally, rear gardens will be turfed, footpaths and patios paved and block paving in parking bays and front footpaths. Roof finishes will be of terracotta tile or natural slate.

The Old Stackyard is on Church Street in the centre of the village of Stilton which is 6 miles south of Peterborough with excellent road and rail connections to the city centre as well as Cambridge which is 33 miles to the south and beyond to London.

Carter Jonas is urging potential buyers to register interest sooner rather than later as it anticipates that The Old Stackyard will appear to a range of purchasers from young couples and more established families to those considering downsizing from larger family homes.
