Carter Jonas, has strengthened its residential team with the appointment of David Ruddock to a new role as Head of Residential Sales Operations, based out of the firm’s head office, One Chapel Place, London.

Ruddock is working with colleagues from across Carter Jonas’ network of 34 offices to further develop the firm’s residential offering. Utilising his knowledge and expertise, he will analyse and build on the team’s current operational practices and, where necessary, introduce new strategies to strengthen and grow Carter Jonas’ market share in line with its long term growth strategy.

Ruddock has more than 25 years’ experience in the sector and has held a number of senior positions including as a Director at both Savills and Prickett & Ellis. Ruddock joins from Marsh & Parsons where he helped to deliver its expansion into north and east London which included the launch of its Marylebone office.
