Ducati UK has launched a flagship dealership requirement in North West London for its first manufacturer operated site in the UK.  Carter Jonas’ Commercial team is instructed to locate a site comprising up to 15,000 sq ft.

Ducati UK currently has 30 franchised dealerships, but the new space will mark the company’s first UK manufacturer operated dealership located in central London. Carter Jonas is instructed to acquire between 5,000-15,000 sq ft of space on a leasehold basis for the new state of the art facility. The preference is for a fully serviced workshop and showroom with onsite parking in North West London.

Samuel Turner, Associate, Commercial, Carter Jonas, said: “Ducati is coveted across the globe. The brands enduring appeal and international client base make London a vital location for its audience.

“Having worked closely with the Ducati team to understand their requirements, we are tasked with finding a prominent location suitable for transformation into a vibrant, technically advanced flagship space. The site must be suitable to showcase Ducati’s exceptional designs and provide the best platform for its workshop and client services team, to ensure it successfully leverages opportunities in the market and to deliver the brands values of style, sophistication, performance and trust.”
