The Land at High Sadney Farm is located a short distance to the west of the village of North Kelsey. The nearby town of Brigg provides easy access to the M180 motor-way and local rail connections, whilst there is a main line rail connection at Barnetby to London Kings Cross. After approximately four miles take a left onto the B1434 towards North Kelsey and follow it for approximately another four miles, turning left signed to North Kelsey and South Kelsey. Turn right onto Church Street and continue through to the centre of North Kelsey, passing the Church on the right. Shortly after the Church, turn left onto Middle Street in the village centre. Continue out of the village for about a mile, taking the first right onto Gullicarr Lane and the land will be found on both sides of the lane with reference to the land plan enclosed.
