National property consultancy Carter Jonas has strengthened its Rural division, welcoming several new members to its Oxford and Winchester offices, including a new partner and two new associates.
Over recent months, these appointments represent a further step in delivering Carter Jonas’s Vision 2030 strategy, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to investing in talent and growth. Together, they strengthen the Rural division’s expertise and capacity to support clients with specialist insight and informed decision making across Oxford, Winchester and the wider South.
In Oxford, Lucinda Brooks joins Carter Jonas as a partner, bringing more than two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining Carter Jonas, Lucinda worked as portfolio manager for a family office, where she held sole responsibility for two rural estates in Oxfordshire and worked closely with owners and trustees on operational performance and strategic priorities. Her experience includes leading on high-value farm and estate acquisitions and managing complex estate activity including land use strategy, country house management, financial reporting, project development, and all aspects of the residential property cycle. She previously held roles at Savills and Strutt & Parker.
Ally Palmer recently joined the Oxford Rural team as an associate. His role centres on rural estate management and rural valuation, bringing property and asset management experience from JLL, Fisher German and Workman. He will support clients with the day-to-day management and longer-term stewardship of rural estates and agricultural land across Oxfordshire and the wider region.
In Winchester, Haden Trueman‑Greinke joins as an associate. Haden works across the various aspects of rural estate and land management. Haden specialises in long-term estate strategy, and creating financial, productive and environmental sustainability within the rural sector. He joins from RH & RW Clutton, where he advised clients across a range of rural estates in West Sussex and the South-East.
The Rural division has also been strengthened at graduate level, with Charles Carpenter (Oxford) and Oliver Clark (Winchester) supporting the delivery of core advisory services. Both join as rural graduate surveyors.
Commenting on the new appointments, Tim Jones, Head of Rural at Carter Jonas, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Lucinda, Ally, Haden, Charles and Oliver to the Rural division. Whether clients are managing complex estates, planning for the long-term or responding to new priorities in today’s rural environment, this additional capability means we’re well placed to offer best-in-class advice on the issues that matter most. It’s a clear example of the investment we’re making in our people and regional presence as part of our Vision 2030 strategy.”
