Blenheim Palace Sawmills couldn’t provide a better new home for its new tenant, TimberWindows.com Ltd. The expanding Oxfordshire windows systems provider has taken nearly 6,500 sq ft of office and warehousing space at the development, which is being marketed by Carter Jonas' Commercial Team in Oxford.

Blenheim Palace Sawmills

Blenheim Palace Sawmills is a unique development from Blenheim Estates, comprising a selection of energy efficient, modern business suites created from the sensitive regeneration of traditional rural space. There are nine office and business units, totalling nearly 20,000 sq ft of accommodation, combining converted brick and stone buildings with new construction.

"Being housed at The Sawmills will be very apt for us," says Chris Brunsdon, Managing Director of TimberWindows.  "However, the synergy doesn’t end there. The Sawmills reflects our own heritage, build quality and innovative credentials, providing us with a modern customer centre and warehouse facility to accommodate our growing business in the years to come."

TimberWindows has leased The Old Mill Building, providing 1,926 sq ft office space, plus 4,426 sq ft at the Round Units industrial and warehousing space. The firm, which is a member of the Performance Windows Group, is known for its quality windows and doors that are made using advanced timber engineering techniques.  This award-winning company has grown considerably in the last five years thanks to successfully adopting technological innovations from Europe for the British market.

TimberWindows.com moves into The Blenheim Palace Sawmills this summer, and the remaining units are available for viewing now, through Carter Jonas.
