Chris is a highly versatile surveyor, advising a wide range of clients across the rural and planning & development sectors primarily within Cornwall. Originating from a background in estate management and continuing to act for private estate clients, Chris provides professional property advice on all aspects of rural and residential property including Sales, Valuations, Landlord & Tenant, Management, Compulsory Purchase and Utilities to name but a few.
Chris has particular experience in advising landowners on planning & development work, promoting land for development, valuation of development land, and handling development sales. Chris is also an RICS Registered Valuer.
Operating in Cornwall and the south-west since 2012, Chris had an earlier career in the British Army, prior to re-training by completing a Masters of Land Economy at the University of Aberdeen.
Caroline is an Associate Partner in our Rural Team based in Truro, who specialises in general rural professional work for a variety of clients.
Having been based in Cornwall since 1991 she recently joined Carter Jonas. Caroline is both an RICS registered valuer and an agent for the Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (AMC), providing advice on farm finance throughout the South West.
