National property consultancy Carter Jonas has appointed Tim Clement as Head of Industrial & Logistics Agency and Shaun Rogerson as Partner, strengthening its offer in the sector.

Joining the firm’s Commercial Division, they add significant experience and sector expertise, supporting Carter Jonas’s continued growth and its Vision 2030 strategy.

With strong track records across London, the South East, the South Coast and the Thames Valley, the duo will support Carter Jonas’ Industrial & Logistics presence in these key markets. They will focus on expanding Carter Jonas’ agency and investment activity and work closely with the Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) team, led by Andrew Smith, to pursue wider opportunities.

Tim Clement joins from JLL, where over a 28-year tenure he has held various senior roles including most recently Head of UK Multi Let Industrial & Logistics. Over the years, he has advised institutional landlords, property companies, occupiers and developers on letting, sales and development across London, the South Coast and the South East. His sector expertise spans multi let, mid box and urban logistics, as well as multi-storey buildings, land intensification, and sustainability, alongside development. He is a former Chair of the Industrial Agents Society (2015–2016) and a member of the BPF Industrial Committee.

Shaun Rogerson, Partner, brings significant London and Thames Valley market knowledge, with more than 20 years’ commercial property experience. He joins from Knight Frank where he was Partner in London Industrial and Head of the National Trade & Roadside team, following a 17 year tenure at JLL/King Sturge as a Director in UK Industrial & Logistics. Throughout his career, he has advised high-profile developers, investors and asset managers on leasing, asset strategy, development, and occupier acquisitions. He has built a particularly strong reputation in the West London, Thames Valley and Trade & Roadside markets.

Scott Harkness, Head of Transactions, Carter Jonas, commented:The appointments of Tim and Shaun are an important step in the continued growth of our Industrial & Logistics team. Their vast experience and market standing will strengthen our offer and support our ambition to create an increasingly dynamic service for clients.

Tim Clement added:I’m pleased to join Carter Jonas at such an exciting point in the growth of its Industrial & Logistics team. Carter Jonas has strong momentum in the sector, so the opportunity to help shape its next steps was a clear draw for me. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues and clients to support its continued growth.

Shaun Rogerson added:Carter Jonas has built a strong position in Industrial & Logistics, and I’m excited to be joining at a time of real opportunity for the team. Reuniting with Tim and working with the wider team to grow the agency and investment offer is a great opportunity.
