We have experienced teams across our national network that specialise in letting and managing large portfolios, blocks, estates and build-to-rent development schemes. These properties are typically owned by estates, trusts, investment funds, charities, pension funds and developers.
The letting services we offer are specially tailored to suit the varied requirements of these different clients and their diverse portfolios. We produce bespoke documentation and procedures to suit individual requirements and we appoint a lead contact to oversee the service.
We have an award-winning in-house marketing team and adopt the latest technologies invented to support property portfolios and maximise our clients investments. And listing our properties on all the search portals including Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla attracts the maximum number of tenants.
We survey our tenants every year, drilling into the detail of what matters most to them, how they are motivated and what they would be prepared to pay a rental premium for and we use this data to create insightful reports for portfolio landlords and developers, offering them valuable knowledge and advice on how to build, refurbish, furnish and market their properties.
Before a tenancy, we can help prepare the property for rental. Once the tenant has moved in, we will manage the property day-to-day and conduct regular safety checks to ensure the property complies with current legislation.
When repairs are needed, we’ll select the best person from our large group of approved contractors and craftsmen to ensure a reliable service and good workmanship. Your tenants will be happy and your properties kept up to scratch. We can also help you plan for future improvements on the property, advising you of the returns you could expect to achieve as a result.
Our RICS-accredited accounts team will deal with ongoing rental receipt and payment of invoices, and they will provide statements and ongoing reporting.
We meet with clients regularly to update them on activity within their portfolio, receive feedback on our performance, give information on statutory requirements and provide advice on how to maximise income from a portfolio.
Our branches are regulated by ARLA, RICS and the Property Ombudsman. The firm is also accredited to the international standards of ISO.
