The woodland is a short distance from the village of Constantine, close to Falmouth. Access to the woodland is via Treglidgwith Lane, the lane is managed by a local residents association of some nine different owners who it is understood make a small annual contribution to provide the association with funds to keep the lane in good repair.

Wayleaves Easements & Rights of Way

There is a public footpath crossing the northern boundary of Bishop’s Wood. An adjoining land owner has a right of way over a small section of the track on the northern side of Bishop’s Wood. We are unaware of any other third party rights over the property. A public footpath borders the south east section of Treglidgwith Wood.

It is assumed that all sporting rights are in hand.

From the primary school in Constantine on your right, follow Trebarvah Road onto Fore Street for just over half a mile going down a gently sloping hill and take the turning immediately to the left as you exit Constantine. Go up Treglidgwith Lane,
follow the lane for just over half a mile, you will go through Lower Treglidgwith and shortly after will go past Higher Treglidgwith on your left and the lane will reach a deadend. On the right hand side you will see a gateway marked by a for sale board to access Treglidgwith Woodland. Bishop’s Woodland is located to the north of Lower Treglidgwith Farm. The nearest post code is TR11 5PY although please note that this will not take you directly to the woodland.
