You’ll ideally be studying a RICS/RTPI accredited degree, though we also welcome applications from those studying a non-accredited degree who are looking to pursue a career in property.

WHAT IS THE PROPERTY GRADUATE SCHEME?

Our property graduate scheme helps you achieve RICS or RTPI membership, and you’ll be provided with appropriate training and experience to attain the required competency levels. Our highly reputable APC structured training programme is continuously improved to keep up to date with an ever-changing industry.

Gain experience in commercial areas such as valuation, agency, management, landlord & tenant, development, strategic real estate and inspection.

Gain hands-on delivery of advising clients on unlocking the value of their assets, diversification, change of land use, rural management and rural surveys

INFRASTRUCTURE

Gain experience in environment, commercial, geomatics, minerals & waste management, planning, and rural practices to become well-rounded ‘land’ professional chartered surveyors.
PLANNING

PLANNING

You’ll assist with client enquiries, reviewing proposals, preparing fee and site appraisals, preparing and submitting planning applications, and negotiating with local authorities and consultees.
BUILDING SURVEYING

BUILDING SURVEYING

Learn all aspects of the property lifecycle - from the initial acquisition or construction, through to repairs & maintenance, and finally the disposal of the building.
