Bristol has always been at the forefront of innovation and the City’s forefathers were never afraid of change. This ability for the city to reinvent itself lives on with the Council turning to the sites that fuelled the industrial revolution to bring life back to the centre.

Whilst the recession severely hampered the much lauded regeneration of the docks and Brunel’s vast expanse of railway sidings, Salmon Harvester has assumed the role of White Knight and picked up the pieces following Castlemore’s demise.

The first of three sites at Temple Quay is being developed for offices and has attracted keen interest from prospective tenants. In fact, commercial movement within the city is such that the second phase is likely to be fast-tracked to meet the growing demand. All bodes well for the final phase but what will it comprise?
