Carter Jonas Leeds office advised on the selection of a development partner for residential development land suitable for 116 dwellings on 10 acres gross.
The site sits on the periphery of Saltburn in Cleveland.
Following a selected marketing campaign Carter Jonas agreed terms for an Option Agreement with Taylor Wimpey.
The housebuilder then pursued Planning Permission for 116 dwellings and upon grant of Satisfactory Planning Permission exercised the Option to purchase serving a Price Notice.
Through detailed analysis and consultation with other professionals the final sale price achieved was significantly above Taylor Wimpey’s initial independent assessment of value.
